Sun Custom built our current house in early 2017. 6 years later (in mid-2023) we had a leak in the hot water manifold resulting in some water damage to an interior wall. Although they had no legal obligation to fix the issue, Jeff Buller and Sun Custom repaired the damage (mold remediation, sheetrock and baseboard replacement, texture, paint, etc.) at their expense. We had been given an estimate of several thousand dollars for a third party to perform the same work.We had a few challenges with our build, but throughout the build process and in the years to follow Jeff always sought out a way to make things right. I am happy that he and Jerry Hogue are now the owners of the company as I feel they are builders first and salesmen second, and truly care about the quality of their work and their long-term reputation.
