We began our custom home build with Chris George Custom Homes in June 2024, working closely with Chris, Amber, and John to develop our plans and establish a detailed budget. From the very start, the pre-construction experience was exceptional. Communication was always clear and consistent, and Chris did a great job outlining each design step—what was expected of us, and what his team would handle. Designing a custom home is never simple, but Chris and his team made the process manageable, helping us create a plan that truly reflected the vision we had for our home.Construction began in January 2025 with Clint as our project manager, and he was outstanding from day one. He kept the project moving smoothly and on schedule, and I spoke with him nearly every day throughout the build. His communication was superb—he always answered the phone, and on the rare occasion he couldn’t, he returned calls within the hour. If anything wasn’t built to contract or didn’t meet expectations, Clint addressed it immediately, often before we even brought it up.Chris was also very clear about our responsibilities regarding selections. All deadlines were established early in the process, and each subcontractor was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with.Toward the end of the project, Chase joined Clint on-site and helped oversee the final stages of construction. He was always a pleasure to work with and brought an impressive range of skills that allowed him to handle many of the final details personally and efficiently.We moved into our beautiful new home in November 2025, and we couldn’t be happier. I’ll admit—I even miss my daily calls with Clint. We recently bought a home built by Chris, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
