Unique Building Ideas LLC

After asking friends and looking through reviews, I contacted Unique Building Ideas. Building a home can be a very stressful experience, especially if you’re new to it. Right from the beginning the owner, Adam explained things completely, leaving me and my husband with practically no questions afterwards. He has a true passion for this craft and he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. He and his team were punitive, neat, patient and finished the job ahead of schedule. I’m positive I wasn’t an easy customer to deal with, but each of his crews listened, explained and accommodated our wishes. If I could build myself 100 houses, I’d call Unique Building Ideas every time.

I recently contracted Unique Building Ideas to demolish my fire damaged home. I was nervous about the project but Adam quickly jumped into action and coordinated everything with the township/HOA to ensure it all went smoothly. Adam truly went above and beyond and even dealt with some very difficult neighbors to move things along. The demo was done perfectly, I was blown away by how fast the job was done and how clean the property was left after. Adam and his team finished ahead of schedule and I could not be happier. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable and professional contractor don’t look any further.

I recently hired Unique building ideas to extend the second floor on my home. I was very nervous and apprehensive about the renovation. I had a vision of what I wanted everything to look like and I probably was a little much at times throughout the construction. Adam was a pleasure to work with and I knew right from the beginning that I hired the right contractor! Adam and his crew are professional, creative and super reliable! Any questions and concerns that I had were addressed immediately. I am absolutely in love with my house now. I have many friends and neighbors who have also used Unique for various renovations and I will continue to recommend Adam to everyone! The absolute best contractor around!
