We had an incredibly positive experience with the Olympia Adair Homes. My husband and I had Adair build our "forever home". All the staff we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable about the entire home building process. We highly recommend using Adair if you are looking to build your dream home!

This company is great at the start they will make all kinds of promises at the end of the day our house passed inspection by the county although their project manager was completely absent and I was on the house build almost daily to make sure trades and workers were actually showing up. they never finished our punch list items which totaled about 18k worth of unfinished items. Our grout is cracked , we have cracks in our drywall, they installed scratched appliances, iv had to have a plumber come twice to fix loose loose connections , and to top it all off two years later I get a letter in the mail from an attorney representing Adair demanding we pay then 40k that I guess they just realized we owed them even though they never even called me out my wife saying we owe this money. Absolutely shameful avoid this builder at all costs.

I've been working with John and Jon at Adair to build our dream home on the beach. They've worked through many obstacles due to our unique requests and have been amazing to work with. It's very apparent in the way they communicate with my wife and I that they know how to put the customer first and make us feel like we matter. They are always extremely responsive and willing to walk you through the process and next steps. At this stage our home is almost complete and we couldn't be happier with our choice to use Adair. Materials, look, construction prices all of it! I feel sorry for our construction supervisor Jon who I call about 3 times a week... Ok probably more but he's always willing to listen and take care of us. He has been amazing to work with.

Based on my experience, I would not build with with Adair Homes. I was sucked in by low prices, then its been all down hill from there. I heard silence until they asked for more money. Make sure you bring a personal building inspector into the process with you as I now have after several issues. Poured our foundation almost a year ago, and we still don't have sheet rock correct after 11 months.

Its been over a month ago since the first section of my post, and Adair homes continues to lie about their schedule. They continue to send crews to my house without proper knowledge on how to make a good product. They told me they can't get crews, and have to continue to fire crews. They are trying to take advantage of me not knowing what a good final product should look like, and I keep having to point out the obvious issues. They continue to tell me the issues will be fixed, and I'm sure they will, but not after they drag your through several interest rate hikes because your project takes twice as long as they said it would. I believe Adair is purposely cutting corners in the hopes I won't notice. You can see in the photo below that the window looks off center. The reveal on the left side of the window is about and inch+, whereas the right is about a half inch. Very noticeable The whole house was like this a month ago, and all this time has gone by, and we still have windows that have wavy sides and uneven reveals. Really bad craftsmanship.

One day in December last year, we thought we would see what Adair had to offer. We met with Viola and our lives haven't been the same since. Vi sat us down and answered every question and walked up through the whole process. Our home is now in the middle of construction and we wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She helped us pick a floor plan that was within our budget and her biggest concern was meeting our needs and helping us build our dream home. Vi warned us how stressful building a home can be and was she ever right. Vi never lied to us and told us the full story from the very beginning. Having said that she has gone above and beyond her "job description" to talk with the county, research properties, contact lenders, contact construction super., fought to save us on price increases, contacted sellers of the property we purchased, etc. The list goes on and on. We can't wait for our dream home to be finished. We feel like we are apart of the Adair family now. They have excellent customer service and are willing to answer any questions no matter how many time you ask. Vi has the best customer service and treats all of her customers like family and treats them with the most respect. Vi knows everything, and if she doesn't she knows who to call. Excellent follow through and always keeps her work. Thank you for all your hard work.
