He has a great eye for design and also knows everything you never wanted to know about site work. Also his office staff is amazing, totally organized and super responsive to all my finance questions. Definitely worth the wait to engage ALC on a new home construction.

Adam Laneer Construction worked with us to custom build our retirement home. Their staff was always professional & attentive to our concerns. They provided creative suggestions that made the home design even better than our initial vision. Building a home is a lengthy & stressful experience regardless of the planning & professionalism of your contractor. Adam Laneer Construction did their utmost to reduce our stress & work with us. They gave us what we wanted, within our budget, and left us with absolutely no buyer's remorse.

We hired Adam Laneer Construction to 1). Inspect and replace LP siding where appropriate on our 23-year-old house; 2) Repair an elevated deck at the back of the house; 3) Paint the house and front porch. Adam gave us a detailed estimate and stuck to it. He suggested some design changes to our house that really improved the look at minimal cost. Adam was always peronsally available via e-mail to answer any questions that arose. You hear horror stories about contractors but Adam Laneer Construction was 180 degrees from that stereotype. All subcontractors were very professional, clean and friendly. We felt that there was attention to detail in all aspects of the work. Adam came by at the end of the project to review everything and see for himself what the end result looked like. He had his crew make several adjustments before he was satisfied with the work. Adam was personally involved in the quality of the work. If we ever need any remodeling or repair work done in the future we will definitely call Adam.
