Adam built a beautiful custom home for me on a tricky lot, was always professional, responsive to my questions and patient during a stressful process. He has a great eye for design and also knows everything you never wanted to know about site work. Also his office staff is amazing, totally organized and super responsive to all my finance questions. Building a home is a lengthy & stressful experience regardless of the planning & professionalism of your contractor. Adam Laneer Construction did their utmost to reduce our stress & work with us. We hired Adam Laneer Construction to 1). Inspect and replace LP siding where appropriate on our 23-year-old house; 2) Repair an elevated deck at the back of the house; 3) Paint the house and front porch.

Adam gave us a detailed estimate and stuck to it. He suggested some design changes to our house that really improved the look at minimal cost. Adam was always peronsally available via e-mail to answer any questions that arose. You hear horror stories about contractors but Adam Laneer Construction was 180 degrees from that stereotype.

All subcontractors were very professional,clean and friendly. We felt that there was attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

Adam came by at the end of the project to review everything and see for himself what the end result looked like. He had his crew make several adjustments before he was satisfied with the work.

Adam was personally involved in the quality of the work. If we ever need any remodeling or repair work done in the future we will definitely call Adam.

His staff was courteous and also very helpful. The end cost was very close to the quoted price and was finished in the amount of time that was allotted. I would recommend Adam Laneer Construction to anyone seeking commercial or residential contracting. I fully intend on hiring this company in the future for my residential needs!

I manage a fairly large commercial/residential portfolio and Adam is my go to guy when it comes to reliability, punctuality and professionalism. I would have a much tougher time managing the amount of work I need done if I didn't have someone like Adam taking care of all types of jobs from minor siding repairs to complete roof replacements. He is capable of tackling any major job and also has a fantastic eye for residential homes/remodels etc...I appreciate his service and often go to him for guidance. Highly recommended business.
