Arjay Builders

Arjay Builders did an excellent job on our commercial building in Omaha. From initial budgeting through final walkthrough, their process was organized, transparent, and well managed. They communicated clearly at every stage, kept the project moving, and handled inevitable field issues without drama or delay. The quality of workmanship stands out. Subcontractors were coordinated effectively, inspections moved smoothly, and the finished product reflects attention to detail rather than shortcuts. Timelines were respected, and cost expectations were addressed proactively rather than reactively. For anyone developing commercial property in Omaha and looking for a builder who understands scheduling, documentation, and execution at a professional level, Arjay is a strong choice.

My wife and I just completed a new build with Arjay Builders at Bennington Lake, we would like to convey our experience for others thinking about building with Arjay. Collin and team pour their hearts into the project, at times you would think Collin is building the house for himself with his attention to detail and suggestions he provides. Collin comes with much Knowledge and is happy to suggest but always mindful that each build is a reflection of the owners therefore ensuring the final decisions are yours. Josh the "project manager" has become part of the family, always available and like Collin a wealth of knowledge and experience. Both my wife and I relied on Josh countless times to get us over the hurdle, was so much appreciated. We have built and /or remodeled numerous times and have always been blessed with great partners like Arjay, it makes all the difference in the world. My expectations are on the high side of high, I appreciate the fact that not once was I told it can't be done or it's good enough" the response was always "we will get it done like you want it". Building a house is stressful enough not to have to debate the builder takes away so much of that stress. In closing, thank you Collin and Josh for taking so much pride in your work and being so easy to work with. I understand why Arjay was chosen "Best In Omaha" If you are thinking about building I would without doubt give Collin and Arjay an opportunity to earn your business and build your dream.
