If you're considering buying a home in the Eastvale area, there’s something you need to know. If you visit during winter, you won’t notice any issues, but in the summer, when temperatures rise, the smell of animal manure becomes overwhelming. It’s so bad that homeowners here need special AC filtration systems, and even getting in the car might require a clothespin for your nose!I know many people who bought homes here without realizing this, only to be disappointed when summer arrived. Some even had to sell their homes because they couldn’t enjoy their own backyard. At first, they thought, "Long Beach and Newport Beach are just 35 minutes away, no big deal," but when they couldn’t even sit outside due to the smell, their perspective changed. If there are animal farms, shelters, or manure processing facilities near your potential home, think twice times before making a decision!Home prices matter, but sometimes, the simple pleasure of sitting outside and having a BBQ is priceless.
Good service, great incentives when we bought our house, however I did hear a staff member who helped us with our paperwork (Michael L.) make an inappropriate homophobic statement to another co-worker that my husband was my "Boy Toy", he didn't think I heard so I kindly corrected him that we were "Legally married". Other than that everything else was pretty smooth, I don't blame Lennar for his individual behavior and we really are happy with our home.
Very good layout and size for family homes. It could have been even better if Lennar had offered wood flooring as part of standard build instead of vinyl sheet and basic carpet on main floor at least.
Horrible experience when I visited this builder site. The staff disregarded me, weren't helpful or attentive and were dismissive. They showed others that came in after me more respect and attention. I purchased a home at a different location and would not have given them a sale.
Fraud company. They will keep your deposit for whatever reasons. I didn’t sign the removal of contingencies. They threatened me they only refund half deposit, if I don’t agree, they gonna keep all deposit. They know it takes long time to file a lawsuit.
