Kaise Construction and Baron Franklin who is the Owner and Vice President is AMAZING! Out of all of the companies that I had out here they had the best price and rebates available and the material was a lot stronger than the competitors as well!They were very communicative throughout the process and I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. My Window install only took 1 day and they were clean and very polite!If you are in the highland/ San Bernardino area you MUST get a quote and trust me you won’t be disappointed.They offered me a Sr Citizen, Veteran Discount, and a rebate.Lastly they gave me an offer of no interest for the first 6 months!I can keep going on and on but I love my new windows and Kaise is the company to trust with any of your home improvement needs!THANK YOU
Fist and foremost Baron the owner and Vice President was simply amazing! The first thing he told me and my wife was "if you are worried about the price i can work with you" sure enough he did. Every other company that gave us a quote was about 5-7k more than barons price. Simply amazng.The crewBarons Crew was so so nice and courteous. Any questions we had they answered politely and made sure we understood what you expect.They also paid attention to detail and TOOK THERE TIME. There isn't one place that I wished they did differentlyThey called us when they were on the way and was never late. As a homeowner who wanted to upgrade the home to save energy in support of my recent Solar panel installation, I used different search engines to find an organization to repaint my home with a Heat-Reflective Coating System. 24 hours later, I received a call from Baron Franklin, Vice President with Kaise Construction. Impressive response time!After meeting with him to discuss the scope of work, I was introduced to a Heat-Reflective Coating System called Coolwall which uses a Heat-Reflective Coating formula. I authorized Mr. Franklin to immediately begin the work necessary for the project.First of all, I was impressed that the crew showed up for a morning appointment 10 minutes early. They introduced themselves to assess where the work would occur and immediately went to work preparing my house for the Energy Saving product.I was impressed during the Home Painting process where any and every question that I had received a prompt response from Baron Franklin. Each member of the Kaise Construction Team were professional when they completed individual task with quality work--which did not require re-work. They cleaned up their work after each day of the project; and, were very friendly.I would highly recommend this organization due to their commitment to produce a durable Quality Professional Product.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They recently replaced my roof and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, got right to work, and finished the job quicker than I expected but still with top-quality workmanship. You could tell they really knew what they were doing.One of the biggest things I appreciated was how clean the job site stayed. Every day they made sure to tidy up, and by the time the project was done, you wouldn’t even know major roofing work had been going on other than the brand-new roof, of course.On top of that, they went above and beyond by carefully removing, cleaning, and reinstalling my solar panels. That was a huge relief for me because I didn’t have to coordinate with another company or worry about damage. Everything was handled by one team, and it was done right.If you’re looking for reliable, professional roofing work that’s fast, clean, and thorough, I highly recommend going with this company.
