We are so grateful that we found Northridge homes Builder to renovate our home. The house was just finished 2 days ago, the project was not overly large but was very complicated. The team made incredible suggestions, their attention to detail was impressive, they were punctual and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each workday. Over two years ago my wife and I first met with the team at Northridge Homes LTD. After seeing how much time they spent with us explaining the process of building a custom home, we knew this was the builder we would select for the project. At the time, we weren't able to start the build, but kept in touch with Northridge. Last year we decided to move ahead, and every step of the way we were supported by the team. They provided sound and meaningful guidance from the drawings and permitting phase all the way to the end. We truly felt that the team cared about our project and wanted what was best for our family. Northridge went the extra distance to ensure the work we got done was to our satisfaction and addressed all of our concerns as the build progressed. Our build was by no means a huge project by today's standards, but to our family, it was the biggest project we have ever worked on. We have now lived just over a year in our home and this review is overdueWe accidentally found Northridge Homes Ltd (NHL) while doing some search. Although that search didn't materialize, soon after when we had a piece of land on hand, we contacted NHL and our journey started. Dave & Jessica were our contact person and they were just amazing. Right from coming to our land to give us some ideas, to finalizing the architects, permits from town, county and conservation authorities, to giving us feedback on our home designs.The home that they have built is amazing and the quality of products used are good. There were some minor delays as the home was built in the midst of the pandemic and severe shortage of materials that we faced. The team is very responsive and there is constant communication between the team and us. The App they provided us to track our to-dos and schedule was amazing.The entire team whether it was Dal, site supervisor, Manjit, Shanon, Nicole and Linda to name a few, all were professional, courteous and on time. Their work is top notch. Our family and friends are always complementing how well the home is built. If we were to build another home - it no doubt be with Northridge. I could easily give them more stars
