A big shoutout to Kim in customer service at the Orangeville Home Hardware. She’s fantastic and helped us find a very hard to find shower part that we really needed. Exceptional service and greatly appreciated.

What customers say
Customers praise helpful, knowledgeable service, and one customer credits Kim with finding a hard-to-find shower part. A serious concern from one customer is an appliance delivery that left a dryer dented and damaged, with installation unfinished.

After ordering an item online and thinking I could pick it up immediately at the store, I was told I had to wait . Alex was able to cancel my online order and provide me with the one that was in stock at the store that same evening. Customer service was supreme and friendly.

Always greeted by helpful and knowledgeable staff for all my hardware needs. Propane refill available here which makes it handy when I make the trek into town.

An utterly horrible place to buy appliances. Their delivery guys claimed the clips to stack a washer dryer weren’t in the bag ( they removed them and hid) so they couldn’t instal . Turns out they had dented and damaged the dryer with the dolly which they didn’t want us to see before we signed . An awful experience. Avoid .

First time we finally visited this store and we were very surprised and pleased with the store. There is a broad range of items that I didn’t expect, from unusual decorative items, to beautiful kitchen showcase. Variety of building material too so it’s likes one stop shop. Really enjoyed shopping here!
