David and his team built us a beautiful custom lake home. Our home has become a place to host family and friends in all seasons . The favourite room to relax is our screened in 'Muskoka room' overlooking the lake.

It was a pleasure to work with such a professional group .We are grateful for all of David's recommendations and ideas.

He looked after all the permits and inspections required and in talking to with the building inspector he was considered a quality builder. We could not be happier with the end results. From design to build Cheresh quality is second to none. We have more projects in the works and Cheresh is the only builder we would consider.
