I had a good review up but I am taking it down. I purchased a new build from them and things were okay, issues here and there but whatever. I’ve called and some were addressed and some were not, frustrating but again, whatever. Now there is a crack in a window that is high up and completely inaccessible so it’s obviously a warranty matter. I’ve called three times and I was told someone would get back to me in 24-48hrs each time with no response. I’ve put in a better business bureau complaint and they STILL haven’t responded. We are in hurricane season and I fear a bad storm is going shatter the window. If that happens I’d have to wait for a professional to come and block off the window all the while my interior home is exposed to the elements. Their priority isn’t customer service.I finally received a call from Cedrick and he helped me get things right and give me a bit more confidence that there is at least ONE competent party in this company. I am still very annoyed but I am raising my rating due to the help from Cedrick.
We bought our retirement home with TFB… the holes immediately caught our eye because of the details and how carefully the details in each home was built. Vivian Alicea Was very helpful and gave us so many options…. Well, at the same time, she was never pushy….. She was resourceful and knew exactly what we wanted when we shared our hearts with her.. Being our whole lives in a military community it’s hard to connect with people …. But she made us feel connected and pointed us in the right direction…. Then we must definitely point out that Cricket Libby…. Was also beyond expectation… From going over the approval process to give us options and simply giving us different options to get what we wanted that would benefit our families, retirement, and finances….: we are beyond grateful for the opportunity and we could not have chosen another builder….:: We absolutely love the serenity and peace At Eagletail LandingThe appeal of the beautiful homes in this area and the suburban feel is exactly what we wanted…. Not to even mention, we are only 50 minutes away from our happy place, (Disney adults guilty as charged)…. Thank you all for making our dream come true??
