Urban Perch

After buying 3 houses, this is by far the best experience with a builder. Attention to detail, always available, go the extra mile to take care of any request. I can’t thank them enough for helping me every time even when issues not related to construction. They’re always responsive and very caring! Thank you Paul and Eric for outstanding service! I love my new home and looking amazing after 1 year here. Maria V.

My husband and I highly recommend Urban Perch Homes! Eric Rey, and their entire family and crew built us a beautiful house. We have been here for almost 3 years and are truly enjoying our home. The floor plan is creative, yet very functional; and the structure withstood Hurricane Irma without any problems. Their customer service is the BEST, and I recommend Urban Perch to all of our friends and family!

My husband and I are currently building a home with Urban Perch. Eric and his team have been amazing throughout the process. From helping to find the lot, making an offer, and finalizing the plans for our home, they have been there every step of the way. They have been great in answering all of our questions throughout the process and are always accessible. We can't wait to see the finished product. I would definitely recommend Urban Perch to build your dream home!

We have had an incredible experience building our new home with Urban Perch! It is wonderful to see how they have paid attention to every little detail! I have never had a home built before and definitely didn’t realize how many decisions there were to make and how many choices were offered! Eric Rey and the Urban Perch staff have been absolutely amazing guiding us through this entire process, always offering up their experiences of what has worked well for other homes they have built as well as sharing new ideas they have come up with along the way! Our home is almost complete and has become so much more than we could have ever hoped for! I highly recommend this builder if you are looking to build a new, beautiful, custom home that suits your families needs!

The Urban Perch staff has been great to work with. My fiancé and I are currently building our dream home with them and couldn’t be happier. Eric Rey is the owner and is very knowledgeable. He was able to provide great advice and suggestions every step of the way. Paul, the Project Manager, was on top of every detail, and kept everything running smoothly on the job site. All of the office staff was friendly and accommodating. They always had lots of patience with me and my questions. Thank you Urban Perch! Can’t wait to be in our new home!!!
