I feel very lucky that we own a Jeffrey home. I’ve spoken to various tradesmen who are familiar with their workmanship. One carpenter said they’re the only ones where ask the rooms are square. I have some training as an electrician very early in my career and their electrical work is very good. However, I’m finding that they only use the good stuff, so if you want to change anything, you have to get the “expensive”, high quality version of whatever you’re getting to match.We went through their model homes at the Views and was really impressed with the layout and designs! It wasn’t like normal model homes that I’ve been through, where you walk through and think, ya it’s just another house.I’ve met the Jeffrey’s and they’re good people, which is very important in any kind of deal you make.
