Sunter Homes

When we looked for a reputable team to undertake our major renovation in Alta Vista, we found Sunter home and never looked further. Their expertise and carpentry work was impeccable and the project was well worth the investment. We love our new space and would not hesitate to trust Adrian and the Sunter family for our next project.

Adrian Sunter and his team brought modern elegance and usefulness to our home. We're delighted by the high standard of workmanship, collaborative approach and daily proof that the way the work was done on three projects serves the house and our family for today and tomorrow. The three projects: a trio of wayward bedroom closets, a gut job on both a basement bathroom from the 1960s or '70s, and on the combined kitchen/family room. Each project updated decades-old design and materials and ensured the rooms met or exceeded 21st century building codes. Extremely well done!

Sunter Homes is in itself the definition of EXCELLENCE. They renovated our home in The Glebe, and the work was fantastic. I particularly like the attention to detail, the quality of the work,, good communication with the team, and respect given to customers. Our renovation is on view on the Sunter Trucks and trailers. We totally endorse this company and would be happy to give references,

Adrian and his crew were absolutely amazing! We had a complete gut job renovation of our whole house and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. He is an excellent communicator and kept us informed every step of the way. The work his team provided was meticulous. I would definitely recommend Sunter Homes 100% and would use them for future projects.

As an Architect, working with Sunter Homes was a great experience. Each member of their team (from project manager to site supervisor) provided an excellent level of service and they waned nothing more than to see a design through with little compromise which is a designer's dream. They care for their clients and demonstrate excellent communication throughout the design process. When an issue arises, they are quick to act and to follow through with necessary correspondence so that a favorable solution can be met. I would recommend Sunter Home's services to anyone looking for a general contractor on their next build.
