We had a wonderful experience with Bickimer Homes! From start to finish, the process was professional, organized, and detail oriented. The quality of craftsmanship is truly exceptional and well executed. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy at every stage of the build.During the early stages (and throughout) Kristen was great to work with. She gave us some things to think about and was very helpful sharing her many years of experience to help us arrive at a decision on many things. We appreciated her detail oriented approach and ownership to help us land on a solid plan. Getting into the project phase, Brad and Jake were a great dynamic duo to work with. Brad helped ensure things were aligned/appropriate at the various walk-throughs and Jake was a fantastic Project Manager who provided excellent communication, updates, and organization. Jake truly made the Bickimer experience seamless for us and his leadership and engagement helped complete our dream home flawlessly. We felt the Bickimer team treated us as family and are grateful for the experience.From a process standpoint, the design options, finishes, and overall construction quality exceeded our expectations, and the home feels both beautiful and solidly built. From start to finish Bickimer's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident, and it truly made the process of building a home a positive experience for us. From the beginning, Kristen and the team walked us through the beginning stages of home building, to the walk-throughs along the way where all of our questions and concerns were addressed. A lot of people warned us that we wouldn’t love the home building process—that it would be stressful and overwhelming. That was not our experience, and we have Bickimer Homes to thank for that. From day one, Brad, Kristen, Cory and the entire team were incredibly communicative, patient, and organized. They made what could’ve been a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. We really enjoyed building with Bickimer and couldn't be happier with our home! We absolutely love the floor plan and felt like we got so much more for our money than with the other builders we looked at. The quality and craftsmanship shows and the process was incredibly smooth and easy. Communication with Jon and team was amazing, and even when there were issues with subs, it was taken care of promptly. We actually really enjoyed the process of building this time around and can't wait to have them come back and finish the basement when the time comes.
We built with Bickimer beginning in 2021 and moved into our home in late 2022. Overall, the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Of course there are hiccups along the way when working with so many different contractors/vendors/etc., but we so appreciated Bickimer's responsiveness and attentiveness to our needs.I read a lot of reviews from other builders, and I think something that really stands out with Bickimer is their financial transparency. There was never a time where we felt blindsided by something with them. They went through the contact page-by-page with us and specifically pointed out the clauses about material price increases, what happens if there is a natural disaster during building, etc. They were SO thorough and transparent when it came to matters relating to money which really set us up to have reasonable expectations.Our project manager, Nathan, was wonderful to work with. We have now passed our warranty period and Cory was wonderful as well. Honestly, everyone we interacted with from Bickimer was really great. Our home is beautiful and we are so so happy we chose to build with them. The experience makes me want to build again in the future and we wouldn't even consider building with anyone else.
