My husband and I purchased a new home from J S Robinson. We are very pleased with our experience (sometimes the office can be hard to get hold of). We had a couple of minor issues after moving in and Tony helped solve the issues (adjusting a door, one creaking floor board, a problem with the dishwasher, needing some caulking on a window). The man deserves a raise or a bonus. Overall, I'm happy with our home. I think the quality of the products they use is excellent. I would definitely recommend their homes to others in the KC area. My husband and I will consider purchasing a larger home from them in the future.
The owner Jeff Robinson came up with a great house design for me. My project manager Adam Routh was wonderful to work with and the service department is excellent. All are very responsive. I am glad I chose them.
We had a very good experience with J.S. Robinson for our home build in 2019. The entire team was easy to work with, extended concern for our ideas and any concerns that were brought up throughout the build process. Perhaps most important of all, we felt total trust in the people we worked with throughout the build. They put a high priority on subcontractors with an orientation toward solid values and services.
My wife and I were meeting with Jeff Robinson at the Overland Park Homes show and people kept coming up to us and telling us how great a builder JS Robinson construction was. It seemed too good to be true. Well, we decided to build a semi-custom home and can not believe how well built our home is. The build process was amazing. They have a great team from sales to design and construction.They warranty their work. We thought we would have to fight to get them to do what they said they would do, But it was anticlimactic, They were a dream.
