KC Builders & Design, Inc.

I’m so glad we worked with Kelley Babb for our home renovation. He was always quick to respond and was flexible with our schedule. We totally revamped our kitchen and Kelley’s ideas for making the kitchen island larger and the placement of cabinets were spot-on with what we were hoping for. He was also able to pivot during our project and work with our new ideas when they popped up, which I really appreciate. There were no surprise costs, and if an issue popped up, I knew he’d make it right. (Which isn’t always the case with other contractors.) We are THRILLED with the results!! Plus, I think we would have paid more if we had gone with a different contractor. Their customer service was fantastic and the sub-contractors who came into our home were always kind and trustworthy. We won’t hesitate to use KC Builders & Design again if we have a future project to work on.

Kelly and his team are awesome! I can’t say enough good things about their quality and customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations every step of the way! If I ever do it again I would do it with KC Builders and Design again!

KC Builders finished our basement in our house that we had just purchased. Going into it we just wanted to get through it assuming it would be a long process that would drag on forever. We could not have asked for a better experience. It started with a great design and ideas that we would not have thought of on our own. Then the open communication with Kelley and Laurie was more than we could have asked for. We knew the complete schedule everyday of who was coming and when. The subcontractors were very nice and did great work. They were open to changes and had a do whatever it takes to stay on schedule attitude. We cannot stress how happy we are with this entire process. Our basement turned out better than we evee imagined. Kelley and his entire team are the absolute best. Thank you to the entire team. I would highly recommend KC Builders and Design for any of your home remodeling, basement finishes or complete new home build. They are amazing and do amazing work!!!

KC Builders & Design was and has been great to work with. Building a home is a process, that’s one of the first things we learned at our interview with the KCB team. They were receptive to the numerous question we had from the beginning. They were open to the floorplan changes we wanted to make and provided guidance to keep those changes reasonable. They made the home unique and built it for our family. If you are looking for a builder that cares, look no further Kelley Babb cares. His staff is amazing and go above and beyond their duties. KCB put in extra time to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied with the service we received from each contractor. We get frequent compliments and we love our home! Give them a call!

We had an amazing experience with KC Builders and Design. From the first meeting with Kelley and Clint we knew they were the right builders for us. We have built in the past and never received the customer service we received from both of them. They worked WITH us on our dream house and they listened to our thoughts and wishes. They worked with us from start to finish and were always available. Thank you Clint and Kelley for all that you did for us in giving us our dream home! Highly recommend KC Builders and Design!
