Nicodemus Construction and Development Inc.

David is a thorough, professional, and skilled contractor whose work is characterized by high standards and attention to detail. I have hired Nicodemus Construction for large and small jobs and have always been pleased with the results. David is easy to work with and takes time to offer suggestions and observations about why some idea I have might or might not work, and then helps problem-solve a solution. His crew is professional, skilled, and tidy. Without hesitation, I have recommended David to many friends and will continue to do so.

David Nicodemus and his crew were professional and did incredible work! He did a complete remodel of our kitchen that is absolutely gorgeous. David listened to us and helped us make informed decisions. He always had an excellent crew that I felt very comfortable with and provided quality work. We were so happy with our kitchen that when we had another remodel project in our family room we hired him again. I am not one to typically leave reviews but David Nicodemus’ work warrants the 5 stars.
