We purchased a home with a roof installed by this company, and they refused to honor the warranty or even share basic documentation. Their response was dismissive and unprofessional, claiming the warranty “does not transfer,” even though California law generally protects subsequent property owners for material warranties.If you value accountability and integrity after the job is done, I’d look elsewhere. A good company stands behind its work—not just until the ink on the first owner’s contract dries.
