My wife and toured this past week and had the best experience we have had at a new home builder. The sales agent Daniel spent a lot of time with us and was highly educated on not just the product, but the community as a whole.
The homes are lovely, but this builder continues to shut off the water main with no notice, leaving homes in the neighboring tract without water. This has happened at least four (4) times over the last year. Extremely frustrating.

I came from Florida to look at possibly moving back to CA. While we didn’t end up buying, working with the sales person Daniel was a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a home in the antelope valley, you should at least come give this Quartz Hill location a look.
