I live at Sweetbay and I love my Samuel Taylor home. I did my research before picking builders and they did not disappoint The quality is excellent- and the customer service I have received has been number one. I knew my builder was good, but I especially wanted to give a shout out to the guys that work for Samuel Taylor at Sweetbay. Every concern or question I had was prompt and taken care of. They made me feel like family Thank you Chris and Steve especially Do not hesitate to work with this business. *Just an update- we did have some issues with our backyard and water draining, Chris and Steve - who oversee the builds in Sweetbay made sure it was corrected. As with every concern I had, it was always addressed. They definitely go above and beyond to get things done I should have mentioned in the initial review that we had an independent inspection done before we closed and our inspector told us your house is a great build. If we ever moved, I would follow this builder. I honestly feel so fortunate to have used Samuel Taylor. Not only are they innovative with their builds. They have went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family We cannot thank you enough.

We moved into our new home in May, 2016 and have been very satisfied with our home. Items on our punch list were completed in a reasonable time period. Samuel Taylor builds a very quality constructed home with many extras that are not used by other builders. There is an old saying that "You get what you pay for"and this is very true with a Samuel Taylor home; a well constructed home for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to purchase another home from Samuel Taylor Homes. Darlene in the sales office was wonderful. She was there for us and helped us when any question or situation arose. She kept us informed during the construction of our home by sending emails with photos of the progress as our home was being built. It was a pleasure working with the people of Samuel Taylor Homes.
