This company and the guys that work there are 100% real sales people. For example we went to Clayton homes first, they took 3 weeks to have us approved for a trailer that we had never stepped foot in. My son and daughter in law was with us. Since she has done this stuff before, she was asking questions and they just brushed her off and went back to talking. We was not really happy with that. So we left there and stopped at regionals lit just blocks up the road. Mr Frank Fletcher meet us and we told him what we was looking for. He showed us exactly what we was looking for in the first trailer he showed. We was pleased to have Frank as are sales guy. He jumped on board and got us approved in less than a week. He texted us with every moved that was made in this process. So now we are the proud owners of a new home. Thank you Frank and the crew at regional homes of Panama City
