We recently had a full bathroom remodeled in our Pasadena condo, along with a few other updates, and the results were fantastic. Douglas and his team managed everything from getting the city permits to handling the demolition and all the construction work. The new bathroom looks modern and fresh, and the quality of the work stands out. They also took care of removing old gas pipes from the ceiling, which is common in homes around here, and installed new lighting fixtures for us. Douglas was very creative and always found smart solutions whenever a challenge came up. He made sure to take responsibility for every part of the project, helped us pick out the right materials, and was always patient and easy to talk to. Working with him was a great experience. We highly recommend Douglas for any home remodeling projects, big or small, and we’re excited to work with him again in the future!

We are absolutely thrilled with our newly remodeled kitchen, thanks to Home Addition & ADU Contractors Pasadena! Our house in Pasadena is quite old, so the kitchen needed a full demolition and rebuild. Now, it truly feels like we have a brand-new, modern kitchen that is both stunning and functional. Douglas and the entire team brought so much expertise to the job. Their experience really showed in the design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout the renovation. We especially appreciated having a project manager onsite each day, making it simple to stay updated and ask questions. The whole crew was always quick to respond by call, text, or email, which made us feel very comfortable and supported. Even though there were some supply delays, everything was planned out so well that the project stayed right on schedule. The team provided us with a clear, detailed timeline for every stage of the renovation, and they used an easy-to-use online platform where we could track progress, check the calendar, manage finances, and see updated photos of the work. We couldn’t be happier with how our kitchen turned out. The space is now not only beautiful but much more practical for our daily needs. We highly recommend working with this team if you’re looking for quality home remodeling in Pasadena!

If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor to remodel your home in Pasadena, this is the team to choose! We recently had a fantastic experience with their group of professionals. Our house needed a major update after a slab leak, which meant a lot of work had to be done to get everything back in shape. The project included installing brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops, putting in fresh flooring throughout the house, and completely renovating two bathrooms. The crew finished the remodel ahead of schedule, and communication was always clear and easy to follow. We actually lived in the house during the entire process, and the team was incredibly thoughtful, making sure to keep disruptions to a minimum. Douglas, the project manager, kept us up to date on every step and made sure we understood the schedule and what to expect next. The craftsmanship was excellent—Douglas did amazing work with framing, drywall, and painting, while his attention to detail was impressive in every area. The tile work in both the showers and the kitchen backsplash was so well done, it looked like something you’d see on a home improvement show. Every member of the team was polite, cleaned up daily, and treated our home with the utmost respect. From the start, Douglas helped us create a vision for our house that we now absolutely love. He was always quick to respond, explained everything clearly, and there were never any surprise costs or confusion about the timeline. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone in Pasadena looking for home remodeling services. There are a lot of contractors out there, but you won’t regret choosing this team!
