I have lived in my new home for a year now, and I can confidently say that my experience with Above All Construction LLC has been outstanding. The addition of foam spray insulation in the attic, combined with proper ventilation, keeps the temperature in our home consistently comfortable without drastic fluctuations.

After the project was completed, I had a home energy audit performed, and the auditor was astonished by the quality of the build. In his experience, it’s rare to see such craftsmanship. We conducted a blower door test to assess air changes and achieved an impressive result of 0.38, very close to the Building Performance Institute's recommended 0.35.

Michael also provided discount codes for purchasing finishes, which significantly helped to lower our overall construction costs. The thorough record-keeping for all purchases, invoicing, and the management of different trades ensured everything was organized and up to our standards.
