Great experience working with the Staff at BJ floors and Kitchen. Purchased complete set of kitchen cabinets. They are beautiful and well made. Our experience working with Jimmy Godoy was excellent. He is very patient and knowledgeable. We had lots of questions! They stand behind their product. We had some damage on two cabinets during shipping and Jimmy immediately got them replaced and they are beautiful. We highly recommend BJ Floors and Kitchens.
Would highly recommend for many reasons!! First, customer service is amazing—unlike anything you would ever find in a big box store! Yet prices are reasonable and you don’t pay more for that professional, personalized service. Kate was so patient and worked with me every step of the way. The showroom has so much to choose from and they are so knowledgeable about each and every item! Phone calls returned. Items arrived when expected. I really can’t say enough about this place and everyone there. Skip the aggravation of the big box stores! You will not be disappointed!!
BJ Flooring & Tile is a great place to do business, in my opinion what makes this place great is the amazing service. This is something that you can’t get at any big box stores. We were helped by Mike & Paul, however Mike was our main contact, he is very knowledgeable about their products. He answered all our questions and clearly explained the lead time on non inventory items. Everything he told us was right on target. Also, made himself available to us via text & phone pretty much all the time! This comes in handy for a quick question or change something in our purchase. We renovated two bathrooms, so there were many questions. We highly recommend them!
