We had some damage on two cabinets during shipping and Jimmy immediately got them replaced and they are beautiful. We highly recommend BJ Floors and Kitchens.

Yet prices are reasonable and you don’t pay more for that professional, personalized service. Kate was so patient and worked with me every step of the way. The showroom has so much to choose from and they are so knowledgeable about each and every item! Phone calls returned. Items arrived when expected. BJ Flooring & Tile is a great place to do business, in my opinion what makes this place great is the amazing service. This is something that you can’t get at any big box stores. We were helped by Mike & Paul, however Mike was our main contact, he is very knowledgeable about their products. He answered all our questions and clearly explained the lead time on non inventory items. Everything he told us was right on target. Also, made himself available to us via text & phone pretty much all the time! This comes in handy for a quick question or change something in our purchase. We renovated two bathrooms, so there were many questions. We highly recommend them!
