Long time customer here at Central no complaints here, just good service from the sales counter to the yard. Jose has been helping me out for years he defiantly knows what he’s talking about and of course Juan he might be a little new but he always goes the extra mile.

Central Supply corporation (Stucco + Masonry section) establishment engages in deceptive and predatory practices, particularly targeting contractors and those paying with credit cards. Exercise extreme caution.

· Deceptive Credit Card Surcharge: The store has a undisclosed 2% fee on all credit card transactions. This fee is not mentioned at the point of sale and only appears on the final receipt, effectively surprising customers with a higher price than advertised or quoted.
· Deliberate Lack of Transparency on Fees: Staff and management are aware of the credit card fee but intentionally withhold this information from customers until after the payment is processed. This preys on busy clients, like contractors, who may not scrutinize every line item on their receipt at the moment of purchase.
· Predatory "All Sales Final" Policy: The store operates on a strict "no returns, no store credit" policy. This is compared to "playing lottery," meaning you assume all the risk if a product is defective or incorrect, with absolutely no recourse after the sale.
· Culture of Deceptive Practices: This is not a case of a single employee's error. According to the account, all management and cashiers are complicit in these fraudulent practices, indicating a systemic and company-approved strategy to maximize profit through dishonesty.
· The business model seems designed to exploit customers who are short on time, such as contractors. They rely on the fact that these professionals cannot afford the time and hassle of filing formal consumer complaints, allowing the store to continue its unethical behavior without consequence.

Wow I can't believe I would say this at first upon entering this place with the speed of the work team outside the materials they have on the outside wow wonderful very friendly when you ask and when you enter it comes out it comes inside the sales team is a disaster I came willing to buy 600 pieces of cement board 3x5 of five eighths for my first large purchase in this store after using Home Depot and Lowes for a long time they recommended this place to me I do not recommend it at all if you want to be greatly disappointed with the reception that is not professional and at the same time they treat you with a disrespectful manner since I entered the place everything was depressing the people are not friendly nobody helps you and they serve you in a way that they think you are not going to pay them for the material today Saturday June 14, 2025 7:20 in the morning

The staff is very helpful assisting even those doing their own DIY job. Quality material and assist with all questions. Center is very busy. I was assisted by Carolina during my own DIY project and she has been assisting me all the way through. Excellent knowledge of the product and requirements to complete the job the right way. All material purchased from Central Supply.
