The craftsmanship on our home is exceptional. The attention to detail and structural beauty of the work is exactly what we envisioned. Dan clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in every aspect of the build.

Dan was easily reachable by phone or text and kept us updated every step of the way. His responsiveness and proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable. We always knew what was happening and never felt left in the dark.

Within days, Dan Nardelli contacted us and came to our home to provide an estimate. The company was able to start the work right away and we saw first hand the attention to detail and the customer service the company provides. Dan was in contact with us throughout the job and every little question or concern was addressed immediately. The work was superb and the price was extremely fair. Nardelli Builders is simply the best! I had a laundry list of small to big projects that needed to be done on my 30-year-old home. Dan was awesome and agreed to take care of everything. He began the work when he said he would, then kept me apprised of his schedule through nearly 3 months of work. Dan stopped by often to inspect the work, offer assistance to his crew, or patiently answer my questions. The builders were professional, talented, and worked nonstop every day. I especially appreciated the care and workmanship of the two men who built my beautiful new screened-in porch. I highly recommend Nardelli Builders.

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Nardelli Builders. Dan and his highly skilled and talented team of craftsmen and sub-contractors took the very complex project of siting, building, and finishing a new first floor addition with walk-out basement that included a master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, laundry, and large walk-in closet and made it a stunning reality. Along the way Dan and his crew constructed a new, larger deck, resided the entire house, and replaced several windows and exterior doors.

Neighbors walking by our house regularly stop and compliment us on the result. From permitting to final inspection Dan was with us every step of the way. Dan knows his stuff. We highly recommend Nardelli Builders.

It took us a long time to finally move forward with our home renovations and even longer to find a contractor. On recommendation from a friend, we found Nardelli Builders. Our renovations included an addition to our house which extended (and gutted) our kitchen, added a primary bathroom and an additional bedroom. This included removal of some existing structure which was difficult to access in our yard. When meeting with Dan, he had a good game plan for accessing our yard and the right equipment to get the job done. Dan’s team was professional, friendly, and respectful. My family enjoyed chatting with them throughout the project. We remained in our home throughout the construction and the team did their best to respect our living space and leave us with a functional kitchen for as long as possible. Dan was often on-site and very responsive by phone or text. We are very happy with the care and quality of Nardelli Builders work. We love our new kitchen, bathroom, and my son is loving his new (finally, own) bedroom. I would highly recommend Nardelli Builders and hope to use them again for our next project.
