I’ve used Paragon for two projects and couldn’t recommend them enough. Both times it was fixing damage to the house. Jeff responded right away and was able to figure out everything that needed to be done. He is experienced and knowledgeable. His team got everything done quickly and thoroughly. Everything was as good as new and the work was top quality. I’m extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I contacted this business for a tile roof replacement. A male answered the phone, but didn't identified himself or the company until I asked. I explained to him that I got his contact info from Home Advisor, and that I am seeking estimates for a total roof replacement. He asked me if I already had other estimates, which really is not his business to know either way. He told me that allot of people are going around and asking for estimates, and that he was not going to run around and do that. I told him that I was surprised by his attitude (as a "service provider"), and that I am in a position to hire, but that obviously a roof is a major investment, so I wanted to get estimates to ensure I can get a reasonable deal for a roof (as any customer would want). He then asked where I was located, and when I told him, he simply said rudely "well we're not going there anyways". He started to saying something else about getting estimates as if lecturing me. Because of his attitude, I told him don't bother. He then hung up on me. I don't understand this attitude. If I'm not mistaken, I'm the customer looking for service. But "service providers" like this I guess just have soooo much business that they feel they can act like rude jerks to anybody that calls them? A roof is a major investment, so of course I'm going to look for honest and comprehensive estimates, as any smart consumer would. This person was uninterested from the start, and had no issues being rude to a customer upon first contact, and was completely unwilling to even politely entertain a customer that actually has the funding to hire. I don't think this is the kind of "professional" interaction Home Advisor is trying to put forward. But if these are the kind of "professionals" that are being maintained by Home Advisor, then I question how much I will use this service. Needless to say, I would not recommend Paragon Construction Unlimited, Inc. to pick up garbage, let alone for roof work or anything else. The guy was just a condescending jerk.Less
