Had a great experience buying our modular home from Lakeridge. The layouts that were available did not exactly fit our needs for a rental/in-law suite and Linda worked her magic to meet all of our requests. She also had a great eye for the interior colour combinations and we couldn't be happier now that the unit has arrived. Communication was clear and up front when it came to pricing and deadlines.
The lack of communication from Lakeridge was very unprofessional.Our park model was delivered On May 10th & because they failed to inform us that they didn’t do hookups we are still until unable to use our unit.Had they told us we would have booked a gas technician at least 2 months before.Would I recommend this company never & have already done that
If I was rating the product from moduline it would be 5/5 stars. The home is beautiful and very well constructed. The 1 star rating is due to the unprofessional correspondence we have received from the team at Lakeridge homes.
