I cannot say enough great things about the team with D.R Horton at Aloravita. I've worked in a lot of communities this year and this was hands down the best experience I've encountered as well as the best service I've seen delivered direct to consumer. Brooke and Jonathan were amazing from the start. We pulled off a miracle of a quick close and the whole time teamwork and communication was on point. I also cannot thank the construction team enough and Tanner for helping us get this across the finish line with ABSOLUTELY ZERO outstanding work to be done after closing. THIS IS UNHEARD OF! We had an incredible experience with DR Horton! Our agent let us know about a newly released lot, and the builder went above and beyond to meet us there right away. From the very beginning, the team was accommodating, transparent, and communicative. Throughout the build, they kept us informed on milestones, selections, and timelines—and even sent us photos to answer questions and show us exactly what was being built.

We got everything we wanted in our home, and to top it off, it was finished a full month ahead of schedule! The quality is outstanding, and the smart features make it feel like a true home of the future. We couldn’t be happier and truly appreciate everything the DR Horton team did to make this such a smooth and exciting journey. Highly recommend!
