I absolutely love these modern looking homes. I wish they offered RV garages. We most likely would jump on these ones if their large lots were available now or in the next 6 months.

Shea Homes are amazingly beautiful. I love the craftsmanship, design, and standard options. They offer more standard options than any other builder I've visited. Their options are reasonably priced. Their Community Representatives are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The models make you want to buy...I want one of these NOW. One of the models I was interested in was only available in Queen Creek. Me and a friend had a road trip and visited the models there. The floor plan for 4012 is so gorgeous. It was worth the drive. I ended up selecting a different model because model 4012 doesn't offer the oversized sliding glass door.I was trying to give them 4.5 Stars instead of 4 stars because the homes Ascent at Aloravita are gorgeous, but they missed the mark by not offering the multi-panel sliding glass door. I LOVE THAT DOOR!!!! It's not even offered as an upgrade option. Every home builder I visited, which was about five or six has the slider as an option. Shea Homes, it's 2020 get it together.
