She was always responsive, clear, organized, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right decisions. Her design recommendations were spot-on — from cabinetry and flooring to every detail throughout the house. She has an incredible eye for design and knew exactly how to guide us without ever being pushy.Emilie was extremely patient, explained options thoroughly, and helped us feel confident in every choice we made. The entire process felt smooth, enjoyable, and actually exciting because of her professionalism and warmth.Pulte is very fortunate to have Emilie representing them. Isaac was the most enjoyable part of our home-building experience. He was the only consistently truthful individual throughout the entire process and always followed through on his word. He went above and beyond and earned our trust along the way. While I can’t speak positively for the entire company—we did have some difficult experiences with the sales team/mortgage lender—Isaac more than made up for what others lacked in professionalism and reliability. We love our home and can't wait to make many years of memories here.
