Outstanding Design Experience – Emilie Swasey is Exceptional

Our experience at the Pulte Design Center for our new home at Vistancia at the Foothills at Northpoine in Peoria, AZ was nothing short of outstanding, and that is entirely due to Emilie Swasey.

From start to finish, Emilie’s communication was unbelievable. She was always responsive, clear, organized, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right decisions. Her design recommendations were spot-on — from cabinetry and flooring to every detail throughout the house. She has an incredible eye for design and knew exactly how to guide us without ever being pushy.

Emilie was extremely patient, explained options thoroughly, and helped us feel confident in every choice we made. The entire process felt smooth, enjoyable, and actually exciting because of her professionalism and warmth.

Pulte is very fortunate to have Emilie representing them. She turned what could have been an overwhelming process into an exceptional experience, and we absolutely love the results in our home.

Isaac was the most enjoyable part of our home-building experience. He was the only consistently truthful individual throughout the entire process and always followed through on his word. He went above and beyond and earned our trust along the way. While I can’t speak positively for the entire company—we did have some difficult experiences with the sales team/mortgage lender—Isaac more than made up for what others lacked in professionalism and reliability. We love our home and can't wait to make many years of memories here.

We love our Pulte home in Northpointe!! The floor plan meets our needs, and our lot is magical! We have been very pleased with the whole home-buying, building, move-in, and one-year warranty process. Everyone's been great -- especially Laura! Thank you, Pulte!

We want to recognize Jenny Esh, our senior Construction Manager, and Cole Gibson, our Construction Manager, for their incredible work over the past year! Our search for a special home began after a disability made life in our home very difficult. We explored many options, including modifying our home we've had for many years. We decided to buy and modify a new Pulte home. What an extremely rewarding experience it has been, with Jenny and Cole managing its construction! They are very professional, experts in their fields, and extremely compassionate about building for disabilities and specific needs. They are creative and innovative, skills crucial to successfully building this home. Jenny and Cole are positive, solution-oriented thinkers. They listen with great care and timely respond to our every concern. Their attention to detail is remarkable. We are immensely grateful to Jenny and Cole. We extend our deep appreciation for constructing our unique, finely built home!

Dave is professional, kind, positive, experienced, and talented. He sincerely wants to help people find their perfect home. In our case, the perfect home has lots of challenges due to a disability. Dave excelled at helping us create a unique, effective, beautiful home for our circumstances, using his superb creativity and problem-solving skills! He is a fantastic listener, and a solution-oriented professional. He responds timely to our questions, with a genuine interest in helping us. We extend our deep gratitude to Dave for helping us, every step of the way, to our new home!
