And of course the build quality was exceptional. We made consistent progress over the course of the project; at no time did I feel "abandoned" (I've had general contractors disappear on me!) Very professional builders who understand & care about the details as if it was their own home. The team was very patient with us in building our first development project. Their accounting was very transparent and they advised in numerous area throughout the project for ways we would make strategic decisions to lower costs, help with our schedule, and/or result in a better quality end product.
