PHL Builders, LLC.

My husband and I recently worked with PHL Builders on a renovation of our kitchen and first floor, and the experience was fantastic. Bill, Dom and the entire team were professional, easy to work with, and trustworthy! They helped transform our space into something that feels both beautiful and functional. We especially love the attention to detail — from the exposed brick and cabinetry to the lighting and overall design. It really captured the industrial, moody feel we were hoping for. Renovations can be stressful, but PHL Builders made the process smooth and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a renovation!

It’s very rare to find professionals like PHL Builders that do quality work. I can say enough about how amazing they were at communicating and partnering with us on the custom asks for our home. Everyone who steps foot in our house are overwhelmed with the our home. We owe it all to the PHL Builders team!

Bill & the entire PHL crew are fantastic. We have used them for multiple projects & will continue to do so in the future. Their attention to detail, honesty & continuous communication set them apart from every other contractor we have used in the past. Our home looks & feels like a million bucks because of PHL Builders. If you can dream it, Bill & his team can make it happen.

PHL Builders transformed my home ! PHL Builders did a full kitchen renovation and new flooring throughout. Bill and his team were great to work with. Very reliable, organized with attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again when I renovate my bathroom !!

I had a vision of transforming my very small 50’s bathroom into a “spa-like” bathroom and PHL Builders made that happen!! From Day One, Bill and Mike were there guiding me through the process and their communication continued to keep me informed of all the details throughout the project. They kept to the schedule and moved through all the various levels of the project efficiently. And, all along, it was very apparent that they take pride in their work and are extremely interested in achieving customer satisfaction. We are a family of do-it-yourselfers and, to some degree, perfectionists. This was my first time using a contractor’s services, so, needless to say I was very apprehensive. Well, no more. I would not hesitate to call PHL Builders for other projects as they arise. Now and Then pictures:
