My experience with Marshall Homes is nothing but exceptional. I closed on my Centre Point home roughly two months ago. The unit was turned over in excellent condition with the minor deficiencies rectified immediately.

I am extremely happy with the quality of workmanship inside and outside my unit. Customer service is excellent as well.

I would definitely recommend purchasing a home from this developer.
