One of the worst home builders around!Serious issues with sundial built homes are uneven floors, uneven walls,Leaky basement if you missed to address the leaky basement on your tarion form you are screwed because sundial won't do repair if you dont address on warranty form sundial won't fix it.Sundial try hard to void doing repair asmuch as they can using all the loop holes on tarion warranty procedures therefore it is too risky to buy a home from sundialAnother builders like brookfied Arista deco etc ll do repair even u dont put them.on the form they ll repair itSo it is better to stay off from sundial and purchase house from a reputable builder like brookfield fiedgate paradaiseSince they are so many builders to choose in pickering
People who wants to buy a house from this builderBe prepared to have a poor manshipBuilded house with a lot of surprises on ur closing costAlso sundial decor center ll make u feel like the prize u paying for the house is just for the land and to get decent flooring tiles hardwood counter tops cabinets u have to pay extra which is absolutely ridiculous.While other builders around here given a lot of the upgraded features as standardSundial upgraded features are other builders standardAlso sundial doesn't have any dedicated trades like mattamy , paradise or Brookfield.So there is definitely a delay on closingAlso sundial basement foundation trade called basekrete is absolutely a worst trade around.Sundial had a site in newmarket there baskerte was doing the foundationI heard some of the house foundation fell a partSo absolutely a worst builder is sundialStay awayU ll regret for life timeIn additionSundial homes doesn't do gravel on the driveway b4 it get pavedSumdial lays garbage and dirt instead of gravel if u ask them they ll say what is the point putting gravel it llbe paved soon any waysBut u ll noticed afterAlso sundial doesn't clean ductsIt ll be a disaster u would have to clean itAlso sundial install a cheapest thermostat while others install smartSo stay away from sundial
