Building a fully custom home can be overwhelming, but Costa laid it out step by step, which facilitated the whole process and even made it enjoyable. Everyone we worked with was amazing—from everyone at Costa—Tony, Tracey, Dave, Chris, Mike, Don, Ashton—to all the various contractors throughout the build. We couldn’t be happier with the way *OUR* one-of-a-kind house has turned out, and we are so excited for all the memories yet to come as we continue to raise our family here in our forever home! Costa Homebuilders exceeded my expectations on the quality of their work. The materials used from the structure of the house to the interior were of high quality. Jeff was willing to meet with me even though I was over five years out from building on a property I had purchased a few years earlier. I was unsure if I could afford a custom-built home, but many of the items I wanted in a house were included, while other builders considered them upgrades. I spent easily over 1000 hours watching the entire construction process and got to see the expertise of the skilled tradesmen as they performed their crafts. They answered all of my questions and would ask me what I wanted if there were options. All the suppliers gave me great assistance on making selections by narrowing down my choices after asking me what I was looking for. The results in the end are what I had pictured. I would highly recommend Costa Homebuilders if you are looking to build a custom home. April 2025 I had one unfinished room in the basement from when the house was built. I wanted Costa Homebuilders to finish this room so the quality matched the rest of the house. They did not disappoint and did a great job on everything. After living in my house for two years, I am happy with the design and selections made (within my budget) with the help of the Costa Homebuilder's staff and suppliers. I would not change a thing.

As we were evaluating builders and assessing the quality of their construction, commitment to high-quality construction materials, and inspection of homes being built we quickly realized that Costa Homebuilders stood out from the rest. What truly separated Costa from other custom homebuilders was their commonsense approach to designing a true custom-built home. Although many of the builders offered attractive pricing, we quickly learned that the number presented was bare bones leaving us to wonder what the final cost would be. With Costa Homebuilders many items that are considered upgrades from other custom home builders are included in their well thought out Signature-Series package. It is both brilliant and affordable. To help with the daunting task of building a new home Costa offered us the option of using one of their existing home plans and making changes or start from scratch with our own plan. We chose the latter, arriving with inspirational pictures, a rough floorplan, and a dream. From there we worked with the Costa team and their architects to arrive at our custom home. Costa Homebuilders marriage of excellent workmanship and design, quality product and materials, and affordability tipped the scales in their favor. When Anthony Ferrare, Costa Homebuilders Sales Manager, presented us with the bid we were thrilled to learn we could have that quality at such an affordable and competitive price. The value that Costa Homebuilders offers, coupled with the organizational and follow-up skills demonstrated during the bidding process, is impressive. We were equally impressed by Anthony Ferrare’s level of professionalism throughout the process. Tony was instrumental in every facet of our project. His patience and willingness to collaborate with us in good faith is what closed the deal. He was a true partner as we worked thru a dozen or more iterations of the budget. He trusted us when we asked for a couple of months to become more familiar with the specific products, materials, and suppliers Costa uses in the construction of their homes. And as we spoke with suppliers and contractors it became clear they genuinely enjoyed collaborating with the Costa team. Tony also supported us when we asked to make reasonable changes, more specifically using our own cabinet maker. He was more than accommodating, never once making us feel that we were a burden. Of our own choosing we spent countless hours watching the construction project, often having casual interactions with many of the sub-contractors. They always made us feel welcome. More testaments as to why you should choose Costa Homebuilders There was the occasional hurdle, both unforeseen and foreseen, and the rare disagreement but in all instances the Costa Homebuilding team of Tony, Tracey, Chris, Carrie, Holly, Dave, and Dennis worked with us to find equitable solutions. From Jeff, Tony, and Tracey, who cemented the deal at the beginning to the amazing David Alderson at the tail end saying ‘trust me’ we will deliver a high-quality product on-time, we can say that Costa Homebuilders delivered an amazing home, as well as an enjoyable building experience. Better materials, better workmanship, better quality, better partnership. A win-win for both parties. It is easy to see why they have earned their excellent reputation. They certainly lived up to it in building our home.

We hired Costa Home Builders to design and build our custom home. We’ve thought about building for years but really didn’t know where to begin. Finally I decided to reach out to numerous builders with a list of questions on everything from how to find a lot to build on, how to get it developed, how much that would cost, etc … Jeff Costa was the only builder that was willing to really take the time to answer our questions that made us feel much more confident in making the decision to design and build our home. After Costa helped us find the perfect lot to build on, they began the design process. I gave them pictures of my inspirational house which they took to the architect and came back with an amazing design. The process of working with Costa was very enjoyable. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. We were involved in every major decision. They were responsive when we had questions or concerns and were in action immediately when something wasn’t going as planned. We felt like they truly cared about making us happy throughout the build. Costa truly listened to us and as a result they nailed our vision. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone wanting to build a custom home.
