Bought a Weaver Home in July 2022. My sidewalk is chipping away. By next year, I won’t have a sidewalk. My HOA is telling me there is nothing they can do. The badly deteriorating sidewalk and patio is a result of poor construction on the part of Weaver Homes. Weaver Homes SHOULD be responsible for repairs. They will not because I’m past my one year warranty period. Happy to share photos if anyone is interested. My neighbors are having the exact same issues.
We are having such a great experience with Weaver homes. They are building our new home and everything and everyone so far has been great. Great quality homes. You can upgrade as much as you want. Can't wait to see our new home in 6 months.
When we decided to downsize, we looked into Weaver Homes. We've only heard great things about Weaver Homes for the quality and great to work with. We've had such a wonderful experience dealing with Sue Watson. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor are outstanding. She's always responding to messages promptly. I love Sue. We are in the beginning stages of building our new home. We can't wait!
I had such an amazing experience buying my Weaver Home at Forest Oaks. My sales consultant, Beth Hannisick was exceptional. She answered every question I had and really went way out of her way to help me. She is really very special and has become a treasured friend in this process. I feel truly blessed with my wonderful Weaver home and all the great people that work for them. Also, Dave the property manager is great too. He always gets right back to me with all my questions and concerns.
Maggie was my introduction to Weaver homes and what a pleasant experience it has been. Maggie is such an asset to Weaver Homes. She is a highly competent consultant and her people skills are outstanding. She led me through the purchasing experience making sure that all my questions were answered and now that I am moved in she continues to check in with me on occasion just to see how I am doing in my new home. She’s the best and so is my Weaver Canterbury Villa.
