We recently constructed our new home with Shaddock homes. This was our first experience with building a home from scratch. We couldn’t have been in more safer hands than the Shaddock team.
Our journey started with insightful guidance and support from our sales agent, Karen, in choosing our home site, floor plan and elevations. Her keen eye to detail, commitment to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing all our questions, offering solutions with her expertise in this field ensured that we had both a good start and support during the entire build process.
Our construction manager Sam was an experienced professional with many years of experience in this field. He made sure to communicate progress on the build and also helped us make the right choices by offering insights while finalizing aspects of the build. He also made sure to let us know every aspect of the house in detail while home closing walk through.
I would also like to mention our warranty manager Bailey, a cheerful and helpful person who always addresses our queries and concerns in a timely fashion.
Overall our experience with Shaddock homes from lot to build to move in has been a pleasant experience. Thank you Shaddock team.

We purchased and built our home with Shaddock, and we recently had an issue with our driveway. Upon notifying Shaddock, Mike Brown and John Jay (JJ) immediately responded to me to seek more information about what the issue was. Within one week of explaining the situation and providing photos, Mike and JJ had arranged for a nearly full replacement of my driveway. They managed the project flawlessly to ensure the work was done correctly with high quality. Upon completion, they returned to check every little detail and then brought in landscapers to make sure that my yard was in perfect condition all the way up to the edges of my driveway. Now everything looks as good as new and I have no issues with my driveway. I was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism with which Mike and JJ addressed my situation. It reminded me of why I was so happy to be a Shaddock customer. Thank you Mike and JJ for truly going above and beyond to give me a wonderful experience and keep my home in outstanding condition.

Fantastic Home Buying & Building Experience with Shaddock Homes

We recently purchased our new home with Shaddock Homes at Hillside Village and the experience has been wonderful from start to finish.

Jackie, our sales representative, made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. She patiently answered all our questions, guided us through design options, and kept us updated on timelines. We always felt well-informed and supported during each step.

Our construction manager Micheal was outstanding. He was detail-oriented, proactive in addressing our concerns, and made sure the build stayed on track. He kept us updated with progress photos and walkthroughs and explained the “why” behind construction decisions in a way that made us confident about the quality of the build.

After move-in, Bailey Jay (our warranty manager) has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Any small touch-ups or warranty questions were addressed quickly and professionally. It’s clear the team stands behind their work even after closing.

Our home turned out beautifully, and we truly appreciate the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the people who made the journey so positive.
