Mattamy Homes - Kenley at Tradition

We are from NC planning to move to south Florida to be closer to family, and were passing thru Port St. Lucie so wanted to look at some houses to possibly buy. We contacted George Cruz and he arranged for Richard Rylott to give us a tour of available homes ON HIS DAY OFF. These people are very good at what they do and obviously care for potential customers. The houses are beautiful and on great locations. We want to thank both for their attention.

I can’t say enough great things about Richard Rylott. He helped both me and my client through the home buying process with absolute ease. From start to finish, he made himself available, stayed on top of every detail, and ensured everything moved forward smoothly.

Mattamy was absolutely amazing to work with. Joann got us the best deal we could have asked for—and then some—on our first home. This never would have been possible without her expertise and strong connections with the builder. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make this happen!

Review update: The issue with the AC was finally resolved. Update to 4 stars.

Review July 2025: In a 6 month time span, my AC unit has had multiple malfunctions that resulted in poor cooling and increased electricity bill. I have to do a warranty claim through the associated website, to then have Lindstrom AC come out and repair it. They’ve been to my house at least 4 times and the unit still has issues. Not only is this stressful for me since it takes time out of my work/sleep schedule, it’s stressing my wife out as well. I’m growing highly concerned that I’m being strung along by Mattamy Homes and Lindstrom AC until my warranty runs out and I’m stuck with a defective unit. Neither Mattamy Homes nor Lindstrom have agreed to replace the unit completely.

Original review January 2025: We had an excellent experience working with Joann during the purchase of our home. She was incredibly accommodating to our schedule, always finding ways to meet at convenient times. Her responsiveness was outstanding—she consistently replied to our inquiries quickly, even when she wasn’t in the office.
