JoAnn helped one buyer complete a home purchase remotely from New York, and George arranged for Richard to show available homes on his day off to another prospective buyer. One homeowner described multiple AC malfunctions, poor cooling and an increased electricity bill despite repeated repair visits; the issue was finally resolved.

We are from NC planning to move to south Florida to be closer to family, and were passing thru Port St. Lucie so wanted to look at some houses to possibly buy.
