Very nice location and great building quality, modern floor plans and high quality building materials. Richard Rylott, the agent is great: he took his time to show me around the community and adjacent places in community, was patient while answering all my questions and bent over backwards hooking me up with agents so I could get the best possible mortgage rate. At no time I felt pressed or rushed which is an additional invaluable asset! Overall, I give Richard and Mattamy Homes 5 stars!
