Very nice location and great building quality, modern floor plans and high quality building materials. Richard Rylott, the agent is great: he took his time to show me around the community and adjacent places in community, was patient while answering all my questions and bent over backwards hooking me up with agents so I could get the best possible mortgage rate. At no time I felt pressed or rushed which is an additional invaluable asset! Overall, I give Richard and Mattamy Homes 5 stars!
I love this neighborhood ! Beautiful neighbors and it's very quiet. Sales reps are amazing and I recently got my garage floors done by Concrete Boys Epoxy and it just elevated the look of my entire home. Can't wait to see what i do next !
