I'm really regretting buying a house with Holiday Builders. At first they are very attentive, they call you daily, but since you sign and pay, they disappear. I have 3 weeks that I bought the house and the builder manager has a daily excuse for not to come to see the problem with the door lock. Now that I live in the house I have realized this company uses the cheapest materials to build a house, it's like living in a cardboard house. also looks like the give all your information to a bunch of companies that literally they harass you every day by phone and now they are coming to the house every day offering multiple services.

My fiance and I recently purchased a home from Holiday Builders. We were lucky enough to have the best experience with the process of buying our first home. Rowena was our associate and she is extremely kind. There were many situations that were of inconvenience to her, for instance wanting to see the home outside of her working hours and she never made us feel as if we were bothering her but rather felt her willingness to be there and help in anyway she can. Genesis who was our initial contact was great throughout the entire process very informative and always a pleasure to deal with.

Once the build Started we were introduced to our construction manager Luke who was great throughout the entire process. Very communicative and helpful. He listened to all our concerns and addressed them in a timely manner.
