Im against leaving bad reviews, but I will see if by leaving a review, Holiday builders looks at my concern.I'm really regretting buying a house with Holiday Builders. At first they are very attentive, they call you daily, but since you sign and pay, they disappear. I have 3 weeks that I bought the house and the builder manager has a daily excuse for not to come to see the problem with the door lock. Now that I live in the house I have realized this company uses the cheapest materials to build a house, it's like living in a cardboard house. also looks like the give all your information to a bunch of companies that literally they harass you every day by phone and now they are coming to the house every day offering multiple services.
Closing on a home with holiday builders was a Great! Experience I never had any issues or regrets purchasing my newly constructed home alongside the warranty process. Of knowing what is warrantable and what is not which is extremely important I have to give. A big shout out to Holidays Builders David Doria. With his guidance customer support skills in addition efforts of communicating effectively actually showing he cares he went the extra mile to be sure that.
