Woodhull

I was put in touch with Patrick via the Maine Small Business Development Center, I needed to bring an Architect on board for formal drawings & code analysis as a fun surprise in my Launch journey with the City. Patrick and Bud were communicative, knowledgable, and delivered what I needed quickly and for a reasonable price. An all around pleasure to work with, couldn’t recommend them enough.

From the moment I embarked on the task to create the new Rococo Ice Cream location, my dream ice cream shop and dessert bar, I knew I needed a contractor who wasn't just skilled but also highly communicative, efficient, organized, diligent and with a creative design focused vision. Woodhull Maine exceeded these expectations in every possible way, making the entire process as smooth as the ice cream we serve! Communication with Woodhull Maine was outstanding from start to finish. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make suggestions that aligned with my vision. Their proactive approach ensured that I was informed and involved in every decision, making me feel truly part of the construction process. The efficiency of Woodhull Maine's team was nothing short of impressive. They managed to complete the project within the agreed timeline, despite the usual challenges construction projects face. Their ability to swiftly navigate through any issues without compromising on quality was remarkable. Organization and diligence are clearly at the core of Woodhull Maine's work ethic. The project was meticulously planned, with every detail considered and accounted for. Their team's diligence in adhering to this plan, while still being flexible to adjustments, ensured a seamless execution from the ground up. Beyond their technical expertise and project management skills, what truly sets Woodhull Maine apart is their creative design focused vision. They possess an exceptional ability to visualize and execute designs that not only meet practical requirements but also evoke emotion and create an inviting atmosphere. Their innovative ideas and thoughtful consideration of space and aesthetics played a crucial role in transforming Rococo Ice Cream into a unique and enchanting destination. Their team listened attentively to our ideas and seamlessly integrated them with their own creative concepts, resulting in a design that perfectly reflects the essence of our brand. The creativity and attention to detail Woodhull Maine brought to the table were instrumental in making our ice cream shop and dessert bar a place where every visit whimsical & exciting. The end result is more than just a building; it's a masterpiece that embodies the essence of Rococo Ice Cream. The attention to detail, the craftsmanship, and the passion Woodhull Maine put into this project are evident in every corner of our scoop shop & dessert bar. Choosing Woodhull Maine was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I made for Rococo Ice Cream's new Kennebunk Maine home. Their exceptional service and the quality of their work have not only contributed to the realization of my dream but have also set the foundation for a business that we hope will delight our community for years to come. If you're looking for a contractor who brings professionalism, skill, and a personal touch to your project, look no further than Woodhull Maine. Thank you, Woodhull Maine, for making our dream a delicious reality!

We knew from day one that we wanted to work with Woodhull. We could just feel the quality of their work in the images we saw in Maine Home and Design Magazine. The balance of elegant design that didn’t compete with the natural surroundings of the sites they were placed on was exactly what we needed for our unique landscape. We had no idea when we embarked on that journey just how important our relationship with Woodhull would become. Not only are they talented architects but they are kind and thoughtful people. Their management team was exceptional as was their design team. They stuck with us through a long project and we couldn’t be more proud of the outcome. We truly feel it is a house that we all built together. We couldn’t have done it without them! We highly recommend entrusting them with your custom home or remodel. Julia and Chris

We worked with Woodhull on renovating our new office. Their architects crafted a creative, efficient, attractive modern design that fit our budget. Their construction team faithfully delivered on the architect's design on time and under budget. They were easy to work with, keeping us informed every step of the way while efficiently using our time to make key decisions. Their thoroughness in the planning phase made the construction phase smooth and relatively free of surprises. This was particularly impressive given they were doing the work in the middle of a pandemic and rising inflation. They were also very mindful of the other residents of our condo building and did all they could to minimize disruptions to their operations. I would be thrilled to work with them again.

As we wind down the renovation of our home, I continue to be reminded of the commitment and professionalism which the people at Caleb Johnson Studio have brought to our project. From the instant we met to begin formulating a plan to the completion of the last punch list items, the team of architects, designers and builders have exhibited a passion, sense of purpose and, above all else, a desire to only do it the right way. We unabashedly recommend them.
