Our 2025 experience with Copper Falls has been exceptional. Their Team were all professional and understanding of our situation from the beginning, realizing our need of a new house to call home after losing everything to a house fire.
They were not only understanding but also accommodating when it came to our ask of a safe, quality home that would be ready in a timely manner. We were encouraged to follow along with the build through 3-D renderings and viewings of our future home while allowing us input.

We did our research and made the decision to go with Copper Falls as our builder. From the initial meeting to the final product our experience was tremendous. The whole team played a role in decisions around plan modifications, fixtures, finishes, and planning for any future changes to the property. There was a wealth of wisdom and experience that we listened to during the build process, but also we felt like it was a real partnership as we shared our needs and wishes. We were able to participate in some aspects of the build and we were always updated as to any issues or changes in timeliness. Here is the bottom line: we were on budget and moved in 2 months ahead of schedule. We are now 5 years into our new home and there are literally no issues. If we build again we already know who the builder will be.

We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Copper Falls Custom Homes on two separate occasions, and both experiences were outstanding.

Our second experience was when we purchased one of their Copper Falls Project homes. The moment we stepped into the Copper Falls-built house, we were impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The quality of construction is exceptional, and their after-sales service has been nothing short of impeccable. Any questions or minor issues we had were addressed quickly and professionally.
