Kullar Homes Ltd.

My wife and I had never planned on building a home — the idea honestly felt overwhelming. That all changed the moment we sat down with Sunny Kullar. From day one, he took incredible care of us; walking us through every step of the process with patience, knowledge, and genuine commitment to deliver our vision of our home. What could have been a stressful experience became exciting and enjoyable. He made sure we understood each stage, answered every question we had, and guided us like family rather than just clients. Gave us his honest opinions and did not sugarcoat anything. The final result? An absolutely exceptional home that exceeded every expectation we had. His entire team delivered an outstanding product. Even after moving in, he kept in contact to make sure we were happy & everything was going well with the home. If you’re considering buying a house, just do yourself a favour and talk to Kullar Homes about building a home. Their professionalism, transparency, and dedication are truly unmatched. We couldn’t be happier with our home or the experience that brought it to life. We highly recommended Kullar Homes!

The best builders in PG! What really stands out about Kullar Homes is their friendly and approachable nature. They make the entire process easy and stress-free, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. It is clear that they take great pride in their work and care about their clients before, during, and after the project is complete. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled home builder, I highly recommend Kullar Homes.

I recently bought a new house from Kullar Homes. The house is beautiful inside and out. My wife and I are so impressed. Absolutely no details were over looked. Sunny has helped us with so much since we have moved in. It is really nice to deal with a company who continues to care about their client after the deal is done. I would also like to mention. That we moved from an area that was being developed. So we were prepared to spend some time in a construction site. However, the experience we have had here is not comparable. This is possibly the cleanest construction site I have ever seen. Sunny and his family are here constantly making sure the streets are swept and garbage is picked up. All the contractors on our site have been so friendly and professional. If you are considering a home by Kullar I would 100% recommend it. Amazing family, amazing company.
