I recently bought a new house from Kullar Homes. The house is beautiful inside and out. My wife and I are so impressed. Absolutely no details were over looked. Sunny has helped us with so much since we have moved in. It is really nice to deal with a company who continues to care about their client after the deal is done. I would also like to mention. That we moved from an area that was being developed. So we were prepared to spend some time in a construction site. However, the experience we have had here is not comparable. This is possibly the cleanest construction site I have ever seen. Sunny and his family are here constantly making sure the streets are swept and garbage is picked up. All the contractors on our site have been so friendly and professional. If you are considering a home by Kullar I would 100% recommend it. Amazing family, amazing company.
I have been wanting to post a review for quite sometime about our experience building our dream house with Kullar Homes. For many years my husband and I had been thinking about building our dream home and finally decided to start searching for the best builder in PG.We looked at many houses from various builders but in the end, chose to go with Kullar Homes because they checked every box for us. We are extremely detail oriented and were very specific about what we wanted. Dealing with Sunny and Kullar Homes was a very pleasant and great experience and it helped that Sunny understood what our goals were. Not only did Kullar Homes build us a beautiful, modern house, they built us a home that we are extremely proud of!
Sunny did a great job building our house. It was our first house and he was very responsive the entire time, which helped relieve a lot of our stress. If there were any changes we wanted to make along the way, he ensured we were able to include them. Even after construction was finished, we would have people stopping outside the house to admire the construction and design. Would not hesitate to hire Sunny and his team again. Definitely one of the best builders in Prince George. We went with him after speaking to many builders to choose who would be the best fit -- and he did not disappoint!
