Oracle Homes, LLC

We recently had the pleasure of building our custom home with Oracle Homes and we couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. For us, the most important aspects in choosing a builder were quality and integrity, and Oracle delivered on both fronts, in every way. From the initial meeting with Gary, we knew we made the right choice and were in good hands. Every detail of the project was clearly outlined in writing, so there would be no surprises. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, from start to finish. Their communication was clear and consistent, they were patient and responsive to our questions, and they took the time to understand our vision, ensuring the result was exactly what we had hoped for. Our Project Manager Josh was extraordinary. A true professional who treated our home like it was his own, ensuring that everything was as it should be. The quality of craftsmanship throughout the entire build is evident in every room and every corner of our new home. Oracle Homes went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard. We felt confident in their work every step of the way. We now have a home that not only meets our needs but exceeds them in both function and beauty. If you’re looking for a builder, we highly recommend Oracle Homes!

We recently built with Oracle homes, and love everything about our home. This was the first house we built and needed someone trustworthy, professional, detail oriented and open to our ideas. Gary may not be the cheapest builder but we are talking about our CUSTOM home building, going with him was so worth it. Worked with architect, Tom, he sat with me when needed to make sure the house is built as we imagined. His 3D was very amazing. Gary took the time to hear us out, helped us with many ideas, suggested some new and got us out of some as well (which I think was a good thing). Everything financial was transparent and on paper. Alison, is very knowledgeable and got us all the permits as quickly as she could. Lisa was always very sweet and helped get our messages to the right associate. Building is no joke, but if you have a builder you can trust, it becomes very easy. We are still in contact with Gary, since the first year the house settled needed some fixation. Joe, is an amazing and a very talented person! There is nothing he can’t fix. Kenny, our project manager was an easy person to talk to and kept us posted on the progress of our build. I only explained things to him without knowing terminology and he figured it out, every time. I showed them a small picture of staircase and they built it for us! That was amazing. I wanted to have a small get together with Oracle, my family, and friends before we started digging, and Gary helped me organize it without any hesitation. Gary’s whole team at his office is very friendly. If I build again, I will go with Oracle!

Dream Home, Delivered with Excellence by Oracle Homes, LLC After thorough research of local builders, it became clear that Gary Mello and the team at Oracle Homes were the perfect choice to build our dream house. From the very beginning, Gary impressed us with his attentiveness and professionalism. He took the time to understand our vision in detail, walking us through pricing, timing, and every step of the process. The plan and contract he provided were comprehensive, transparent, and left no room for surprises. Seeing the final result, I can confidently say our new house is everything I envisioned—and more. It’s truly stunning. Building a home can be an overwhelming process, but Gary and his team made it as seamless and straightforward as possible. The Oracle Homes team is exceptional. Starting with the architect who helped draft our plans, each member demonstrated incredible craftsmanship and expertise. Our Project Manager, Ken, was a standout—an absolute rockstar. Despite our living in another state throughout the build, Ken responded to every text and call promptly (usually the same day!) and ensured that every aspect of the project went according to plan. Alison was instrumental in coordinating with the Department of Public Works and the building inspector, ensuring everything ran smoothly. And Joe, who managed the final touches, is a true professional who ensured everything was flawless before we moved in. One of the remarkable aspects of working with Oracle Homes was their flexibility and willingness to adapt as our vision evolved. You truly don’t know what you’ll need until you see the foundation poured and walls going up. Gary and his team made it easy to incorporate additional features which we hadn’t initially planned, ensuring every detail of our home met our expectations. The team handling the electrical work was equally impressive—efficient and detail-oriented. During our electrical walkthrough, we received a thorough, itemized list that clearly outlined all charges, leaving no ambiguity. Transparency was a hallmark of the entire process. The vendor partners recommended by Oracle Homes were outstanding as well. From the exceptional service at Dartmouth Builders Supply/Design Center in Dartmouth, MA, to the beautiful selections at Best Tile in Warwick, RI, and Spritzo in Providence, RI, and the selection and service we received from Wickford Appliance in Pawtucket, RI, each partner contributed to making our home truly exceptional. Partnering with Gary and Oracle Homes was an absolute pleasure. This is a company built on transparency, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship. Gary’s active involvement in every project is evident in the quality of the homes he delivers. It’s hard to put into words how Oracle Homes transformed our ideas into a stunning home. The journey was as exciting as the result, and we are beyond grateful. Sharing some photos here to show how Oracle Homes turned our dream into a beautiful reality.

When I began looking for a house I noticed all the houses I liked were done by the same builder, Oracle Homes LLC. I decided that building a home was the way to go and I wanted Oracle to build it. Gary Mello the owner of Oracle Homes walks you through every step of the design process. I can't say enough about Josh the project manager on my build, as he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Josh and the team at Oracle are always very responsive through each step of the build. Whether its framing all the way through finish carpentry the quality and attention to detail are second to none with an Oracle home. I would recommend Oracle to anyone looking to build a truly custom home. My family couldn't be happier to be living in our Dream Home.

During our search for a new home, we looked at many houses in various stages of construction from multiple builders. The one that caught our attention was a newly constructed home by Oracle. Clearly the layout was unique and custom work was superior to anything we had seen. When meeting with Gary Mello, we sensed his professionalism, honesty and integrity and that solidified our decision to contract with him. Once the construction began, we were fortunate to have Kenny as our project manager because he knows every aspect of construction. As the project progressed, he became our trusted partner. His expertise was invaluable and offered solid recommendations when needed. Each of the construction crews were courteous professional craftsman and did excellent work. We especially appreciated Max, our finish carpenter, and Joe, our general contractor who went above and beyond for us. We are also thankful for the designers who helped us select finishes. These are all good people committed to a great product and stand behind all their work. We love our new home and we are so happy with our decision to build with Oracle. Now, when others visit us in our home, they comment on the quality and uniqueness, and one even smiled and said that he ‘could tell it was an Oracle home’. If you truly want a custom home, we highly recommend Gary Mello and Oracle Homes. Dennis Guay and Linda Covill
