I called for a quote two weeks ago. Someone came to assess the work to be done, and instead of simply giving me a quote quickly, I was told to wait until the end of the week. As a result, two weeks later, I still haven't heard anything! They may be competent to do the work, but their customer service is another matter entirely. I'm going to look at other companies in this case.
