We had a really great experience working with the AVA team to have our entire basement done. Everyone who came was courteous, kind, and professional. Thanks to Christopher who led the project and followed up with us regularly!

Benoit Jean

I called for a quote two weeks ago. Someone came to assess the work to be done, and instead of simply giving me a quote quickly, I was told to wait until the end of the week. As a result, two weeks later, I still haven't heard anything! They may be competent to do the work, but their customer service is another matter entirely. I'm going to look at other companies in this case.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does AVA Construction plan and close out a project?

Planning begins with a meeting, ideally at the work site, to identify needs. The company then estimates costs and builds a schedule with the client, and inspects the work with the client at closeout.

What project pricing approaches does AVA Construction offer?

It offers a fee-based approach, a turnkey option and a custom hybrid of the two. The fee-based option uses an evolving study with detailed scenarios showing maximum costs; the turnkey option establishes the price before work begins.

Does AVA Construction handle urgent building repairs?

Its building-maintenance service includes urgent work for leaks, electrical problems and weather damage. AVA Construction says its team is ready to respond quickly to emergencies.
