I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Cresleigh Homes in Arizona. While our salesperson, Laura, was outstanding and did her best to assist us, everything beyond her involvement was an absolute disaster. Our home appraised for $25,000 below the contracted price, yet the builder refused to adjust the price to reflect the market value, leaving us in a frustrating and unfair position. To make matters worse, it took an entire week for anyone from Cresleigh to respond to us after the appraisal, which showed a complete lack of urgency and respect for our situation.
The broker, in particular, was unbelievably rude, inflexible, and demonstrated zero customer service skills throughout the process. Their attitude made an already stressful situation far worse. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I would strongly caution any potential buyers: Buyer beware! If you choose Cresleigh Homes, be prepared for frustration, poor customer service, and a total disregard for your concerns. You will not be happy with your experience.
