We were the buyers of 22632 E. Indiana Avenue [Lot 57] in the Farmstead at Harvest by Landsea Homes community. This home is now listed on Landsea's website as a quick move-in home. If you would like to see our full review with some photos, please join The Harvest Community on Facebook. We have well over 2000 photos if you would like to see more of why we reviewed the way we have.
It is important for us to present our experience and allow others to decide if Landsea Homes is the right builder for them. If you choose to build a home with Landsea, we hope your experience is better than ours. However, our experience has brought us to a negative conclusion. It is our opinion that Landsea has dishonest business practices, cuts corner on quality, does minimum work, and is quick to tell homeowners to simply terminate the purchase agreement with a full deposit refund if they are not satisfied.
